Jennifer has served in large-scale public health systems in Canada implementing Electronic Medical Records as well as developing and implementing both operational and legislative health policy and strategy. She has been with Roche for the last 6 years and currently serves as the Global Data Policy Strategy Lead supporting countries around the world. She has a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters of Public Health with a specialization in Policy, a certificate in Data: Law, Policy & Regulation from the London School of Economics and is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders. She serves on the EFPIA Digital Health Working Group, Digital Europe Digital Health Working Group and the BIO Digital Trade Task Force focusing on progressing data and digital policy globally.
